ASCS 2025 Registration

The registration fee for ASCS 2025 includes a welcome reception on February 14, three daily meals at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort on February 15-16, two meals February 17, and all scientific sessions.

Registration Pricing

Early-bird registration is available until December 22, 2024. After December 22, the regular rate will be in effect. Tickets will be available for purchase online until February 7, 2025. Limited on-site registration may be available. The fee includes three daily meals at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort on February 15-16, two meals February 17, and all scientific sessions.

Confirmation and Registration Disclaimer

Registration is limited so be sure to register early. A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email containing the details of your ticket purchase. The SRS will not be held liable if an individual purchases an airline ticket before receiving confirmation of registration for this event.

Cancellation Policy

You must contact us no later than Friday, January 24, 2025, to cancel your registration for the Advances in Sleep and Circadian Science Meeting. For cancellations made by January 24, 2025, your registration fee will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after January 24, 2025.

The Sleep Research Society (SRS) Code of Professional Conduct at Society Activities Policy is intended to advance the mission of the Society through the open and honest communication of research and exchange of ideas; to promote equality of opportunity and treatment for all members in a respectful and professional manner; to assure appropriate accessibility of accurate and reliable information to colleagues, policy makers, and the public; and to encourage the effective professional development of researchers in sleep and circadian science.
