The Sleep Research Society (SRS) is accepting award applications to encourage early career stage clinical researchers to attend the post graduate course, Skills for Success in Academic Sleep Research and Clinical Practice,on Saturday, June 2, 2018 in Baltimore, MD. A certificate and $150 check (the cost of the course) will be presented to awardees at the conclusion of the course.

The goal of this course is to provide guidance and instruction in skills critical for academic success. This type of professional development is often not available, so the aim is to help fill that gap. Attendance is applicable to both trainees and faculty.

  • Personal statement describing course fit with careers goals/intent
  • Mentor’s brief recommendation statement
  • SRS Member # (Must be active)
