Applications are now being accepted for trainees interested in joining the SRS Trainee Subcommittee for 2024-2025. If you’re a trainee who wants to play a pivotal role in shaping trainee activities at SLEEP 2025 in Seattle, WA, we invite you to apply.
To apply, you must be an active trainee member of the SRS, have attended at least one (1) previous Trainee Symposia Series, and plan to attend the SLEEP 2025 meeting in Seattle, WA, (June 7-11, 2025) to assist the committee and staff during various trainee events. Preference will be given to trainee members of the SRS who have previously applied and have yet to be selected for the subcommittee. We hope to assemble a subcommittee of trainees with diverse research interests from broad geographic areas representing the trainees within the society.
As a member of the Trainee Subcommittee, you will play a crucial role in facilitating trainee programming on Saturday and Sunday, June 7-8, 2025. This includes moderating sessions, helping with event logistics, and serving as a mentor in the SRS’s SLEEP Pals Program.
