The SRS Is Headed to the Hill on November 15th, 2017 for Education and Advocacy!

Please invite the DC office of your member of the House of Representatives to a community sleep and sleep disorders research briefing the morning of November 15th. It’s quick and easy, and your outreach will likely ensure their attendance.  Here’s the skinny:

  • Go to www.house.gov and enter your zip code in the upper right corner.
  • Identify the contact information for your Representative’s Washington, DC office.
  • Call the Representative’s DC office [should be a (202) number] and inform them that you are a constituent and that you would like to send an invitation through for an important sleep research briefing that will take place the morning of November 15th in the Cannon Building [they should provide you with an e-mail address or fax number].
  • Send the e-mail message below or informational flyer to the office as instructed.

I hope your office will join physician and patient advocates for a breakfast briefing on emerging developments in sleep and sleep disorders research. The event will be at 9:10 AM on Wednesday, November 15th, in 122 Cannon House Office Building. Please RSVP to Peter Herzog at herzog@hmcw.org or (202) 544-7499.

Sincerely,
