The Sleep Research Society (SRS) is pleased to announce a call for applications for the position of Editor-in-Chief of SLEEP, the Society’s flagship, peer-reviewed journal in sleep and circadian science.

SLEEP publishes high-impact original research, scholarly reviews, and commentaries spanning the full breadth of sleep and circadian science and medicine. The Editor-in-Chief plays a critical leadership role in shaping the journal’s scientific direction, upholding editorial excellence, and guiding an international editorial team.

The Editor-in-Chief will be appointed for a five-year term beginning January 1, 2027, with onboarding beginning July 1, 2026. SRS encourages applications from a diverse pool of qualified candidates with demonstrated scientific leadership, editorial experience, and a vision for the future of the field.
