The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) is accepting applications from early-career level investigators with previous research experience to a conference designed to help you:

  • Access / utilize data available from the Jackson Heart and Strong Heart studies.
  • Develop a manuscript proposal using data from one or both of the studies.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with study investigators.

JHS and SHS are longitudinal studies with comprehensive cardiovascular phenotypes. Sleep phenotypes may be available for a portion of each cohort.

The conference targets individuals not currently involved in JHS/SHS studies.

Registration is limited to space available.  There is NO registration fee, however attendees are responsible for their travel, lodging, food, and incidentals.
